This work-shop is designed for you if you are on the edge of change.
We talk all things Self-Esteem, Self-Love and Happiness. I create a safe space for us to come together and learn how you can do more for your well-being – it doesn’t matter where you are on your journey, everyone is welcome.
Using a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy; I have helped people overcome difficulties and make significant positive changes in their lives.
In particular, this workshop focusses on the concept of self-love. I believe the key to happiness and overcoming many problems is in treating yourself as your very own best friend. To treat yourself with the same respect and kindness you show others, you create a better mind-set, enabling you to take risks, follow dreams and stop comparing yourself.
– Look at how low self-esteem develops and stands in the way of your happiness and dreams
– Discuss what maintains Low Self-Esteem and how you can change it
– Talk about self-love and how you can be kinder to yourself on a daily basis – this will give you the boost you need to get out of your comfort zone and follow those dreams 🙂
– Have the opportunity to meet other people who are going through similar experiences
This workshop is for you if you feel ready for something new but don’t know how to take your first step. This may be overcoming anxiety, meeting new friends, improving relationships or accepting yourself.
I am keeping this as a small group, because I think an intimate group will really help us connect and share.
