How to Use a Morning Routine to Boost Security & your Sense of Self

People want to know, “how can you be happy AND single?”.

Rather than every settle, I set out on a journey to make myself happy from within. I didn’t know what it meant or how, but I knew this is what it would take if I was ever going to have the kind of happy, healthy relationship that deep down I wanted.

I was willing to go it alone in order to get myself to a place where I didn’t depend heavily on a person or relationship to be happy.

I had to work on my self-worth.

There are some practices that I truly believe have played a huge role in building my self-esteem and influencing a deeper sense of happiness.

A morning routine, is somewhere near the top of that list.

If you are someone who struggles to get a handle on your emotions, doubts your worth, or lack understanding around who you are and what you want in this world, the practices in this video are going to help you to begin to build that sense of self you are missing.

Being happy makes you more secure in your dating life & relationships. You relieve the pressure you put on a date, you depend less on your partner, and you don’t fall as hard into the traps of comparison and self-sabotage.

It is your daily habits that determine the risks you take, your relationships, and who you are as a person.

I asked on my Instagram (follow me HERE) if you wanted to see my morning routine and it’s fair to say it was a big fat YES (seriously, so many people voted I was overwhelmed haha!).

You should know, you don’t actually have to incorporate these practices into your morning – it can be any part of the day. I just love the morning time!

I really hope you find this useful, these practices genuinely have a huge role in keeping my emotions in check and helping me to stay connected and moving confidently towards the life & relationship I say I want.
