Are you ready to break the cycle?

In my darkest moments, I wondered if change is even possible for me. No matter how many times I tried, I kept falling back down and repeating the same habits over and over – when you’re in it, it can feel impossible to get break it (hint: it’s not!).
If you’re anything like I was, you already know what you need to change up in your life. Whether it is related to dating, being assertive, finally booking something, starting a project or committing to move your body – we know there is an area of your life that you crave newness.
As far as motivation goes – you might already have the motivation and the drive – yet you still can’t seem to break the cycle. Or, like many others – you can’t seem to find the motivation within you.
Whether you are skipping the gym, boozing, allowing someone to walk back into your life as & when they please, saying yes when you mean no, reaching out to someone you had sworn off, or lost a Saturday to Netflix – you are not broken. Trust me, I’ve had (and have) my share of repeating behaviours that got in the way of life – the patterns are broken – but not us.
I am so happy to tell you – I now know for a fact, change is possible. You can break the cycle. I have done it, and I witness my clients do it.
Breaking the Cycle is going to set you free from negativity and help you become ‘unstuck’ (so many women describe their current situation as feeling stuck). For this program you will change one area of your life that is currently standing as a block between you & your happiness.
Today, whilst putting your program together, I took a moment to record this video below – no lighting or fancy background, just me sharing what you can expect during the 21 days of Breaking the Cycle.
I want to be clear – this is not a 21 day ‘quick-fix’. I’m not about that, I would be doing both of us a disservice to make that kind of promise.
This is 21 days to you shifting one area of your life. One area of your life that you want to see change. During the 21 days I will teach you the fundamental knowledge & tools you need for long-lasting change.
We can’t undo the past. I can’t undo your past, but I can support and guide you to a place where your past does not haunt you.
When you have been trying to make this change for months, years and decades – it can be seriously disheartening. This 21 days is for anyone who’s spirit is fading. You can take back the power.
You are not incapable of change. You are not stuck – but I do get you might not feel that way right now.
I promise you already have everything you need to make change possible – it’s just knowing how and when to use your inner strength. Once you learn how to flex your self-control muscle, you will be able to walk away from what does not serve you.
You will pick one area to work on. One area you have been struggling with and that might even be getting you down. You must be willing to make change in that area and feel serious about facing the discomfort that comes with change. It’s a 15 min a day commitment plus 2x LIVE workshops/Q&A (the last one being a Break The Cycle PARTY!).
You’ll have daily inspiration, practices, journal prompts, worksheets & audio. I will be your accountability partner and ready to be there if you trip up on your journey.
It’s not your fault you struggle to make shifts. We weren’t taught how to make long term change. You were never taught how to overcome the craving and the undeniable pull you feel towards broken habits and unhealthy relationships.
I have designed this short program via Facebook to give you the foundations to unlearn an unhealthy pattern and begin resisting what is not helping you. You will get to the bottom of this, I am going to be your biggest cheerleader during this process. If you’re ready and willing to get stuck in, then let’s do this.
